ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Festus Emiri – Oghenemaro Festus Emiri is Professor of Jurisprudence; The Rhetorician & Dean of The Rhetor Place, Lekki, Lagos & EK Clark Distinguished Professor of Lawyering Skills, Edwin Clark University, Kiagbodo. He was formerly Dean of Law, Delta State University and Deputy Director-General Nigerian Law School. His research interests are Legal Education and Bar Practice, Legal Theory and Remedies.

Desmond Orisewezie – Desmond is an experienced Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Change Leader, Researcher & Strategist, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association National Human Rights Committee and several other professional bodies. He is currently undergoing postgraduate studies in International Law at the University of Hull, England, United Kingdom.
