ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Chijioke Chris Ohuruogu was educated at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and University of Lagos. He is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a Professor of Law, and has served as Dean of Law at Baze University, Abuja and Benson Idahosa University, Edo. He was one-time Head of Department of International Law, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, among others.
