ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Associate Professor Bello Mohammed Magaji, PhD, is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, member of the Nigerian Bar Association since 1990, and an accomplished Associate Professor of Law with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in teaching, administration, and law practice within the legal landscape of Nigeria and Uganda, East Africa. He is a current member of the International Bar Association, a Fellow of the Institute of Advanced Studies in Ile-Ife, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Leadership and Good Governance, and a member of both the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers and the Teachers Registration Council. He is widely published.
